RETURN, REFUND & PROGRAM PARTICIPATION POLICY

Thank you for your purchase with Karen Hoyos International LLC.
All programs, certifications, educational trainings, coaching experiences, live sessions, retreats, and digital educational products provided by Karen Hoyos International LLC are educational and experiential in nature.
DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS & COACHING SERVICES
Upon successful enrollment and payment, participants receive immediate access to educational materials, live coaching sessions, community participation, assignments, educational exercises, event information, and/or digital resources associated with the purchased program.
Due to the digital and experiential nature of these services, all purchases are final.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final once payment has been submitted and access to the program, educational materials, live sessions, coaching support, community access, assignments, digital resources, or related services has been granted.
By completing enrollment and payment, the participant acknowledges and agrees that:
- Access to proprietary educational content is granted immediately after purchase
- Coaching and educational services begin immediately upon enrollment
- Participation in live sessions, assignments, coaching activities, community groups, or access to educational materials constitutes consumption of the services purchased
- No refunds, reversals, partial refunds, or chargebacks are permitted after access has been granted or services have been accessed, attended, downloaded, viewed, or participated in
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attendance at live Zoom sessions
- Participation in coaching activities
- Submission of assignments or commitments
- Access to digital educational materials
- Participation in community groups or coaching teams
- Receipt of bonus materials or educational resources
- Viewing recordings or educational content
Because educational and coaching services are delivered immediately and are substantially consumed through participation and access, refunds are not available once enrollment access has been provided.
IN-PERSON EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES & RETREATS
For in-person educational experiences, retreats, live events, and experiential learning programs, enrollment grants immediate access to planning materials, educational resources, event coordination, and reserved participation capacity.
Due to logistical planning, limited capacity, operational costs, and experiential delivery, all in-person educational experiences, retreats, and live events are non-refundable once access or participation rights have been granted, unless otherwise stated in writing by Karen Hoyos International LLC.
